“Modeling the Illustrative Elements In the last lesson, we vectorized in Illustrator. Now, we will start modeling in 3D. We are now in Cinema. As you can see, I'm using version R25. The interface has changed a bit but everything we need is here. We have our Null objects. We have the Splines. We have Objects here. Then, we have here, our Extrude NURBS. They used to be up here but these are closer to the Objects dialog, so they are easy to add. We also have our object selection, side selection, line selection, and point selection. Since then she has worked on projects including Microsoft Originals, designed several covers for The L. A Times, and has been recognized by institutions like the Type Directors Club, Lürzer's Archive, and more. Ana currently works as an art director at Buck alongside working on freelance lettering-based projects for advertising and editorial clients.
