For documentation purposes, I like to scan all my work For regular documentation, i scan at 300 DPI If I want to reproduce it at a larger scale, I'll use 600. And if I want to reproduce it at a super large scale, I go up to... 1200 DPI or whatever my scanner's maximum is.
