“The Background We've now reached the final part of the project. In this lesson, we'll be stitching the background. We'll be using two types of beads, seed beads and bugle beads. These are the seed beads and these are the bugle beads in 6 mm. As I mentioned previously, if you don't have beads, that's fine, you can use chipwork and cutwork instead. The stitching technique is the same one I'll show you in this lesson. We'll be using the same DMC thread that we used in the previous lesson to stitch the antennae and the feet.
