Goldwork Bee on Navy Velvet

This was an early goldwork commission I got so I look back at this now and can see where I can make improvements but I think that's an important part of the process.

This piece uses goldwork cutwork techniques, chipping, couching and more. The client wanted me to add the initials MJ to the piece which you can see at the bottom inside one of the hexagons.

I finished the background using inspiration from a previous piece I had done.
