“ Retouching the Images I'm checking if the glass is where it needs to be, and it is. If not, you will do the same process as before. You go here to Background, copy paste, erase the background, and then you have two movable layers. That's the simplest way to go about it. As with many things here in Photoshop, there are many ways of doing all those things. I want to try and show you the most straightforward way to do this. He credits his creative practice to the natural landscapes and minimal design he grew up with in Switzerland, as well as the culture of dedication and patience that he experienced traveling to Japan.
Alongside working with clients, he teaches food and beverage photography at events such as the International Food Photo Festival in Spain and Denmark. He has also shot several cookbooks including Plantlab which was awarded #1 Cook Book of the Year and Best Food Photography of the Year at the Gourmand International Cookbook Awards. His work has been featured in Lürzer's Archive's 200 Best Advertising Photographers Worldwide 12 years in a row.
