“So once you've placed your stand in food, if you feel like it's still too contrast rich, bringing in a diffusion. So when it comes to contrast, that is really a matter of taste. I placed the diffusion on it. I actually feel it. Quite lovely with it. It's not as hard. It's also nicer on the leaves, so I will keep that in. Now that I've placed the food, I also saw I need a little bit more bounce, a little bit more light coming back in for the food itself. So I've placed the mirror. He has also shot several cookbooks including Plantlab which was awarded #1 Cook Book of the Year and Best Food Photography of the Year at the Gourmand International Cookbook Awards. His work has been featured in Lürzer's Archive's 200 Best Advertising Photographers Worldwide 12 years in a row.
