“ Opening Your Mind to Surrealism PATTER FOR HAMMER This is the last piece I'll look at that has a visual synonym going on. I chose it because it was one of the simpler pieces I had done. It's that idea of the two-point surrealism where it's taking something out of context and putting it in a different context. This came about in considering what the opposite of an object was. I wanted to make a series of pieces where surrealism is hinged on opposites assuming one another's character or one another's personality.
