“ Scanning and File Preparation In the previous lesson, we finalized our ink and in this lesson, we will scan it into Photoshop. Let's get started. We're going to begin by prepping our file for color. I have scanned my large original art into Photoshop in four big chunks. This is necessary when you have oversized artwork and you're working with a smaller printer. I was working with a ledger-sized printer, 11 inches × 17 inches scanning flatbed surface.
