“ Sketching In the last lesson, we did thumbnailing. In this lesson, we'll start sketching. One of the conditions of this project is that we'll work on a 14-inch × 22-inch panel. I chose this size because it correlates with a big project I did last year for a thesis project at the Maryland Institute College of Art. I came up with the idea to do 100 surreal drawings and I wanted them to share some similarities compositionally to feel like a single body of work.
