“ Materials In this lesson, I'll talk you through the materials that you'll need for your project. The question I get asked the most is what ink or paint do I use to paint on the clothes? The first material I'll introduce you to is Neopaque by Jacquard. This is a light-body, opaque acrylic ink, and it is perfect for painting onto darker materials like your denims and black cottons. I have tried a lot of inks on dark materials, and this is the only one that I've found that is properly opaque.
