“ Prepping the Work For Quilting In the last lesson, you finished assembling your quilt top. In this lesson, it's time to baste your quilt sandwich to prepare your quilt for quilting. Before you start basting, you want to make sure that you've given your backing fabric as well as your quilt top one final press. You don't want to deal or start off with any wrinkles or creases in either the back or the front of the quilt. You also want to take a moment to make sure if there are loose threads on the back of your quilt top that you trim them off so they don't show through. This is especially so...”
