JJ Zanetta is an architectural illustrator. He grew up in Pittsburgh and began drawing from a young age, recreating the illustrations he saw in books. In high school, JJ began pursuing his love for architecture by creating drawings inspired by his city. He later went on to study art education at Mercyhurst University and began his career as an architectural illustrator at Urban Design Associates in 2007 before going on to establish his own studio, Zanetta Illustration.
Since then, he has spent more than 10 years working for clients including architects, urban designers, landscape architects, developers, and municipalities. JJ has also won multiple awards from the American Society of Architectural Illustrators, among other organizations.
