“Materials and Tools Now, we'll look at the materials and devices needed to successfully woodburn. First, we'll look at the woodburning tool that we use. I use one that has its own generator connected to it. There are many types of woodburning tools. They all work fine. I like to use one that has a heat generator attached to it. That means it will create a higher amount of heat than something that just has the woodburning pen. I use a Colwood Super Pro II.
