Thanks for this interesting course, it is a good outline on the process of pattern work, and I really like the references to research and also look into my own photographs to look at and explore patterns to be able to copy and trace. It's an interesting exploration

This course goes through with you from the steps of building a biomorphic library to painting the actual biomorphic patterns along with Esra. The course has lots of resources on Islamic Art especially biomorphic patterns and geometry, which allow you to use the skills you gained to make patterns other than what we learn with Esra. I used what I learned in my comic- would definitely recommend. Perhaps to improve Esra could be more involved in the comment's section.

This course will give you a good basic foundation in the biomorphic style and give you enough information that you will know what to look for when you want to continue your study. Recommended for beginners to Islamic biomorphic art.

I really enjoyed the course! I was always fascinated by Islamic Art, and I am very grateful for having tried to understand this technique. I wish there was a trick of how to do these complicated compositions, but I've learned that it's all about patience, diligence and practice. Thank you!

I like this course a lot, especially the historical context. Esra is very knowledgable and clear as an instructor. I also love her book recommendations.

I like the course and the teacher… what I don’t like are the pdfs… bad copies on not even A4.. Also the pattern is very unsharp… so its not suitable to zoom in on it… Better PDF’s would be nice.. Also some links provided do not work.. I will try to follow it thru but because of the inconsistency’s it will be difficult… Angle of filming could be better to.. seeing a hand draw.. but what? Your art is beautiful!.. thats why I want to learn it also…recommend when better pdfs

I have discovered a new world of expression. Beside the exercise itself, it has encouraged me to research more about the islamic art. I want to introduce the colors used: blue, red and golden. Thank you so much!!!
