Introduction to Islamic Art: Create Biomorphic Patterns

very interesting and beautiful topic ! i am planning to do a lot of handcrafts using biomerphs and geometrics.

Good course that will definitely get one started in Islamic art, and biomorphic patterns.

I really enjoyed this was. What a beautiful, considered and well thought out introduction to Islamic Illumination!

I loved this course! Not only was each step clearly walked through for us, but we learned a little about the cultural importance of islamic designs. I am down the rabbit-hole now, having bought a couple of the suggested books in the reading list. Am not quite finished the course, but I cannot WAIT to get started on my final project. Dr Esra is a great teacher and I love her methodical, meditative approach.

I loved this course and keep coming back to it. The art is just beautiful. I appreciated learning about its cultural context. Dr. Esra Alhamal is very clear, well organized and personable.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course, it is very interesting and lead me down a pathway of discovering more and more Islamic art. The teacher is lovely and explains things very clearly. And now I can't wait to do more Islamic art.

Very well presented course. Easy to understand and follow. My only suggestion is to offer a full size pattern as a single one sheet download in a darker print. Enjoyed the course very much.
