After graduating as an industrial design engineer at Elisava School of Design, Nicole discovered her passion for gastronomy by designing tableware for the leading, 3-Michelin star restaurant El Celler de Can Roca.

Nicole has since collaborated with cultural institutions like FoodCultura Foundation, BCD Barcelona Center of Design, and El Tercer Paraíso. She is also the founder of Food Design Nation and Random Happiness Art Collective.
