“ Adding Clothing and Drapery In this lesson, we'll add clothing and drapery to our character. The reason I decided to include this as a separate lesson is because when I taught figure drawing, often, when my students drew figures wearing clothing, it felt like there wasn't any structure underneath. It felt like the clothing sat on a blob. The reason I'm having you start this way and draw the characters, creating them first with no clothing and then adding clothing on top is so that we can see what that clothing falls onto. We'll go back to the words witch, skate, butterflies, and psychedel...”
