“ The Basics of Perspective In this lesson, we'll push it even further moving from gestures to what we call geometric box forms. We feel like we've been building up from the simple to the complex. Before turning the gestures into characters that look like characters and not blobs on the page, we have to figure out a way to simplify the human form into its basic parts. We started using shape language to do this with geometric shapes. Now, we'll move into more 3D perspectival space. We'll talk about using different forms to distill the bodies. We're talking about cubes, cones, cylinders, cubo...”
