Although he is mainly dedicated to portrait painting, Andrés Kal paints what he believes builds the identity of an individual. Since he published his first drawing in a newspaper at the age of 17, he hasn't stopped creating images. Over the last few years, he has developed a personal language to express himself freely.

Throughout his career, he has exhibited his work in Colombia and places like Peru, Mexico, USA, France, and Canada, among others, and he has had the opportunity to collaborate with brands such as Grolsch, VICE, Natura, Soho Magazine, Cromos, and Winsor & Newton.
