“Sources of inspiration In this lesson I want to tell you about my inspirations. I'll start by telling you about the gold embroidery of Seville. Seville is perhaps one of the few places here the ancient tradition of gold embroidery has remained unchanged linked to the rites of Holy Week. Hence, during the week leading up to Easter in Seville there are a series of celebrations, of processions where the most interesting thing, in my opinion, is to see them parade vestments of all kinds, from banners to canopies, to statues with enormous clothes, all enriched by an avalanche of gold embroidery....”

When she's not working for clients, she enjoys creating more personal compositions where she experiments with different materials and techniques.
