“Experiment 3: Wood and Polyester Now we'll start with another color. We'll use blue to color the wood and polyester again. I'll fill up the container again with water till approximately 10 cm. Now we'll use the blue pigments to color the wood and polyester. Here, I'm using a synthetic dye. This is made for polyester and wood and many types of materials to color it. I'm currently using Rit Dye, but any type of pigment will suit and match your experiment. As you can see, the Rit we previously used as a pigment will leave stains inside the container.
