“Making Edits and Fixing Mistakes In this lesson, I'll show you what to do to fix any small mistakes and to change part of the image if you're not happy with the design. As you see here, there is a section of the veneer that has come away. Because it's a natural material, it will try to split as you cut it and sometimes the pieces flip out and disappear, but that's ok, we can fix it. You need some of the same veneer that you used, your tape, and your scalpel. Start by removing any excess tape that might be there. You can always turn it over and cutaway tape from around the area.
