“ Begin Cross Stitching Your Project In this lesson, I'll teach you how to create your design in cross stitch. Here I have my Aida cloth already mounted in my embroidery hoop. I've selected a seven-inch embroidery hoop because the scale of it is nice for getting detail, but not too big that it's hard to handle. I also have my pattern here that I created in Photoshop. I've printed it out so that I can mark it off easily. If you don't have a printer, you can work from your computer screen and make sure to mark off your progress using Photoshop.
