About the video: Creating the Drawing in Separate Layers 1
Overview
“ In this stage we will start adding more layers to our drawing, making sure we title them for quick reference. Experiment with the different layer properties to decide if you want the layer to be opaque like the green shown here (insert6) where the colour can’t be seen through. Or like this (insert 7), where the green layer is turned to multiply and is translucent. There are many other types of properties in the drop-down tab, so take time to go through them to find out which property best suits your approach. ”
In this video lesson Alex Green addresses the topic: Creating the Drawing in Separate Layers 1, which is part of the Domestika online course: Travel Illustration: Recreate Your Favorite Place. I've created a new layer for the Baianas, which are these women here, typical of this part of Salvador...”
