“Joining Up the Letters In this lesson, I'm going to start by preparing my paper, which is the traditional ahar paper. After that, I'll be showing how to use this paper and write with the normal reed pen in the joined Maghrebi script. This process here is about straightening the paper. I'm using this tool normally used to open the envelopes. I find it really useful and the best tool to do that. I'm doing it on the backside of the paper. The front is this, which is glossy, and I'm going to hold it with my left hand, and pull it whilst I put some pressure with my right hand on the paper. What ...”
