“Hi, i'm Maida Noor. I'm a modern and contemporary artist. I'm going to tell you a little bit about myself, in this lesson. I do Arabic calligraphy. I have learned several scripts in Arabic calligraphy For example, i learned Kufic. And I'm still under training for the script called Thuluth. I've also done work in Marrabee script. I also work in Islamic geometric patterns and illumination. Watercolours are my main medium to give the contemporary touch to the traditional arts. So I combine the traditional art, for example, the art with calligraphy, with the watercolours, by layering the waterc...”
