Artistic Watercolor Techniques for Illustrating Birds

A great course, dipping into many relevant aspects of watercolour. Fast learning (but of course you have to practice and practice...on your own). Especially the summary at the end an is excellent idea. I also like Sarahs strength to allow mistakes to happen online and how to deal with them.

A pleasant study. The presenter is knowledgable, seems friendly and is easy to listen to. This is a nice 'overview' type of class for beginners.

Sarah Stokes is a wonderful teacher! This is my favorite Domestika course so far. Sarah Stokes shares useful information in an easy to follow form and I found myself sailing along through the exercises and enjoying every step. The color mixing and color theory units were helpful to my growth as an artist.

I would definitely recommend this course! I am in my 60's and have never painted before. I learned so much from Sarah and my 4 birds on a branch came out wonderfully! I loved this course and will definitely be taking others!

I completed this course with my mom, and we both really enjoyed it. My favourite part was that we were showed how to paint the bird in black and white, and taught how to control the tones before moving on to colour birds.
Would completely recommend this course.
