Mapi Casafranca is a business manager by profession and a textile artist by vocation. Passionate about handmade products since she was little, every fiber she weaves for AMARENA, her sustainable artisan brand, is thanks to the afternoons she spent weaving alongside her mother and grandmother.

AMARENA arose from her interest in natural materials and a desire to keep the tradition of ancestral weaving alive through accessories. Today, Mapi’s brand is committed to fair trade and sustainable production that combines the traditional techniques of Peruvian artisans with carefully designed finishes.
