“Sketching Ideas Sketching is step one for any projects, roughing out ideas and developing concepts. We should've identified a theme and some ideas for our characters. Let's start with it. I wanted to give you an insight into why I'll be showing you certain characters, why I'm designing them that way and what they're inspired by. I live in a seaside town in Britain called Margate, but actually in a smaller area just outside called Cliftonville, so I'm gonna use Margate and Cliftonville interchangeably, but it's the same area, it's on the British seaside.
