The main influence on my brand is Hello Kitty, the creators of kawaii in Japan, and that's because when I was about five years old, one of my cousins brought a Hello Kitty notebook to my house. It was similar to this one. Kitty was on the cover, and each of the pages inside it had a Kitty in a different pose and I remember that the pages were pink. I'd never seen something this cute in my life and I wanted to see every page and every Kitty ...”
