“Basic stitches In this lesson, I'll show you five basic stitches and you can use those to embroider anything you want. First of all, we will need to thread the needle. You already know how to do this. I'm going to use tapestry needle size 26 and a thread of any color. In my case, it's green 703. Trim the fluffy end, and make a knot.
