Architectural Sketching with Watercolor and Ink

I learned a lot in this course and have continued to work on new projects. Instructor’s clear and concise instruction was easy to follow and his skill level superb.

Architectural Sketching with Watercolor and Ink is a beginner-friendly course. Alex pretty much walks us through everything. He takes us through a journey of how he sees his subject, how he begins a painting, what details he includes and what he omits. He also goes over basics of composition, perspective and watercolour techniques. Everything is done step-by-step and incremental so it is very easy to follow. A thoroughly enjoyable course!

A good intro for beginners interested in architectural sketching, though it doesn’t go in-depth into techniques. I would love more advice about selection of colour palettes as I’ve realised they’re so important for imbuing paintings with a sense of realism!
