Architectural Sketching with Watercolor and Ink

This has been my favourite course so far!! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this course. I learned so much; I used all the techniques and to see how well they worked was very exciting. I loved all the steps. It got me out of my comfort zone, got me outside for the first time and I created something that was unique to me. Fantastic!

Very pleasant guy to watch with an easy to follow teaching style. It starts from basic techniques and builds on them to achieve more complex results. The course shows how to deal with single colors, how to mix them, how to work with perspetive etc. It basically gives you all the tools you need to paint architectural landscapes. If you are beginner, I definitely recommend this course. If you are an advanced painter, better look elsewhere though.

I am a visual designer with 34 years of experience in the entertainment industry. I took this course because I wanted a brush up on perspective and to learn some fresh watercolor techniques. Alex is a GREAT teacher with a calm and engaging style that helps simplify, clarify and illuminate ideas to make drawing easier and of better quality. I am loving this course and the new supplies I've bought at his suggestion.

This is a fantastic course, very good pace for beginners but also a good challenge for anyone working with watercolors. Alex is a great instructor. Highly recommended!

Very thorough and helpful with many tips and techniques to improve drawing of architectural subjects and rendering them into water colour painting.

First time trying watercolour and architecture together. This course was presented clearly and professionally. Alex went through very clear and concise details from his influences, the tools he uses and the thought processes he goes through when he paints. A highly recommended course.

I have really enjoyed what I have done on this course. I have gone slowly to make sure I understand and with any problem I can always go back and recheck. I certainly do recommend this course.
