Excellent course. Got me sketching again and to a much better level

One of the best online courses I have followed. For me, 3.5 hours of instruction and at least 15 hours of practice. Got a great deal of information from it.
A superb tutor and his instructions are always clear and meek.
An incredible practionner.
Highly recommended.
Money well spent.

Excellent presentation on linear perspective. Have heard and read it before, but with Alex I finally got it!

A great course, very well explained and nicely detailed.

I really enjoyed the course and think it offers something for everyone. For beginners, it gives a good overview of the basics like perspective and value and for more advanced students, it offers the ability to watch Alex at work doing an architectural drawing from start to finish. There are many such free tutorials on Youtube, but I feel he did a good job of offering value by talking through his process. It is always valuable to see a person work through things with good explanation.

El profesor es muy ameno y preciso explicando el proceso. Facilita mucho el aprendizaje, Me ha encantado y he aprendido, lo recomiendo.

Enjoying the course as its giving lots of useful techniques and inspiration. Great thing about it as a beginner is that you can keep going over the units . Alex has a great way of explaining different aspects which as a former teacher I appreciate. Hopefully will end up with some better art work now.

Overall it is a good course even though quite short. The only thing that was missing I think is feed back from the teacher. This course is good for beginner or someone interested in water colour drawing.

Alex is a very fine teacher. He is passionate about sketching and painting and that comes through in his teaching. This course is just what I have been needing in terms of "finding my own voice". Watching Alex paint has given me permission to experiment with color and washes more than I do. He is a teacher who wants his students to find their own way rather than to paint the way he does. I am eager now, to start the final project and send in whatever it is that I do. Fred
