Architectural Sketching with Watercolor and Ink

O curso é incrível e eu recomendo muito, o Alex é um ótimo professor, os módulos são bem explicados e o modo como ele leciona é muito dinâmico. A matriz do curso é muito bacana, os assuntos abordados, mesmo sendo para nível iniciante é bem amplo. Está me ajudando como nenhum outro me ajudou, muito obrigada!

This course was really helpful with regard assisting me to do the initial groundwork in making a sketch, choosing a subject based on increased insight into perspective, gaining a better understanding of light and shadow, knowing how to use detail and not overpaint (which I still did anyway) and even how to frame a painting! I used acrylic, but next time i will play with watercolor. I really feel that i made progress thanks to Alex's great teaching style.

Alex started with the basic equipment and build up the steps to the final project. Showed us how to paint with a limited number of colors palette which I considered to be essential in urban sketching where you can't carry a lot of things around. He showed that each person has their own styles and have to find it. THe angles of the videos are interesting and is of high quality. I highly recommend this course.

This was a really intereting course. As a newcomer to architectural drawing and the use of pen and ink combined with watercolour, I learned many things. I have re-visited different parts of the course already and will continue to do so into the future. The links to additional materials added depth and breadth to the course. Really enjoyed it. I would totally recommand this course, the teacher gives us the basics in a very concise and clear way (I am thinking about the perspective course). It was very interesting and dynamic to follow.
This is what I expected from that course, perspective, watercolor techniques, techniques to choose the subject, I can't wait to see what's next, thank you !

Still working on this course. It is excellent. I believe, by time I finish, I will be able to get more of that elusive ethereal feel of watercolor into a subject as geometric as urban buildings -- quite a feat.
