Great course for a total novice who wants to learn from an experienced professional! The instructor really has this down did not go too fast or slow and explained everything very well- including when to just stop!

Excellent course well delivered. Love his style of sketching & painting. Alex makes you aware that there’s no such thing as perfect with this medium. Anyone can, with practice produce good artwork here. I came away with a lot more confidence. Thank you

Very sharp and straightforward :) I've done this course after a couple of Spanish courses, so the style is distinctly very American, with detailed explanations etc :) That's not "let's get down and play with colours" course but certainly achieves it's goal.

Me gusta mucho el curso, especialmente como Alex Hillkurtz explica su estilo y la técnica de ilustración del paisaje urbano que ha desarrollado, simple pero precisa y estética. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Es un curso muy dinámico y practico, en pocas horas aprendes mucho sobre dibujo y pintura con acuarela

I've been through this course as a total beginner, without feeling like one. Sufficient and clear explanation from a nice and talented teacher, and in a pleasant way. You determine the rhythm yourself and that is a great advantage too.

I have loved every minute of this course! Alex is a very good teacher and you have a beautiful final project to "copy" if you want.
The flip through Alex's sketchbooks at the end just made me want to buy 1000 of those and fill them with my own sketches + watercolor & ink - they are stunning! - I only wish I was just as good as Alex. Haha. :) Thank you, Alex!

I liked the course very much. Thanks to Alex I got to know new watercolor techniques and the fact that while painting we can show what WE see, not necesarily 100% reality. I absolutely love his style of painting! I would definitely buy another Alex's course.

Este curso deja muy claro algunos fundamentos básicos del dibujo y la acuarela. La manera de exponer los contenidos es muy clara y didáctica. Lo he disfrutado mucho y me ha sido muy útil.
