Instagram Reels stimulates user participation and helps your content reach more people. It allows you to record fun videos with audio, effects and filters lasting up to 30 seconds. You can share Reels videos with your followers in the Feed, and make them available to the entire Insta community by posting them in Explore. Sharing Reels in Explore allows you to become an Instagram content creator, and to reach new, global audiences.

Instagram Reel Do’s and Don’ts
1. Make your content appealing and interactive
Your content must be visually appealing. Use filters to make it look lovelier. Select good audio or use your own. Try not to overkill!

2. Don’t keep things ‘private’
The main objective of Instagram is to reach a bigger audience. If your account is set to private, your content won’t show up in Explore.
3. Use a good background
This is vital, because it’s the first thing users see. Upload a great photo from your camera or choose a good frame from your video.
4. Don’t do advertising
There’s already plenty of advertising on Instagram, so the last thing users want to see is more. Be yourself and create relevant content.

5. Align your shots
If your video is made up of several shots, make sure you remember to align them. Instagram has an alignment button that softens transitions from one shot to the next.

6. Don’t jump on trends that aren’t relevant to your brand
Always give your audience unique and relevant content.
