Free Download: Character Sketch Template
Get to know the protagonist, antagonist or sidekick of your story with Gina Stevensen's holistic and intuitive playwright approach.
Meet Gina
Gina Stevensen (@gina_stevensen) is a playwright, screenwriter, actor, and writing instructor. She lived in New York City for 13 years, where she earned her BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) in Theatre from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and her MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication... Oh no, sorry! That is the wrong acronym...) in Playwriting from Columbia University.
Her plays have been developed and presented in NYC, London, and across the United States. In addition, she was a finalist for Theatre503's International Playwriting Award, the Jewish Playwriting Contest (probably much better than the Underground Gentile Playwriting Contest or UGPC), and the Austin Film Festival Pitch Competition.
Gina has so many credits under her belt that she is only short of the "Domestika professor credit awards" (only because it doesn't exist yet!). But most importantly her creative writing techniques and tips will inspire your writing so much that you will be receiving awards left and right, as well!
Creative Playwright Course
The yet undisclosed free download comes from Gina Stevensen's Domestika course on creative writing for film and theatre. By the way, I haven't revealed the character sketch template so far because I am following one of Gina's tips for creating suspense... And I think it's working so far!
In this online course, you will understand the fundamentals of screenwriting, and then go off the traditional path and express your stories as you only know how to. You'll explore practical structures for developing character, plot, and dialogue, and then unleash your imagination with metaphors and symbolism.
Put your stories in the spotlight with scripts that speak to any audience.
Keeping Promises
Okey, you've earned it! The download will be finally revealed... But first you have to tell me from memory all the playwright awards I name-dropped in this article...!
Of course, not. That would be impossible:

U3_02_Character Sketch Template (1).pdf
After you describe your character in detail, including aspects such as: Halo, Head, Mouth, Heart, Stomach, Arms, Hips, Legs... You might start feeling hungry for more information, like: What world do I set this character in? What do I make it do? Do I even know how to read and write?
And yes this free download was only a stratagem to get you hooked on Domestika's courses... and I think it's working so far:
