Sue Woodward

I’ve always loved eating out in restaurants both at home in Brighton and London and when I’m travelling. I was fortunate to have the best job to combine these pleasures when I was Director of The Worlds 50 Best Restaurants and its subsidiary awards. In this role I met many chefs and food critics and have always wanted to journal and possibly share some of the experiences I’ve had and hope to still have. However I lack the tools to do this hence the interest in this course.
