Christina West

I have a BA in English and Music from Canterbury in Kent University and Masters in Playwriting and Dramaturgy from University of Glasgow. I worked in Theatre in the UK as a director for 20 years and have taught in Higher Education for the last decade. I've left education to pursue my own arts practice and I teach Yoga. Although I have been reading poetry all my life and worked with writers and poets I have only recently been tuning poetry for myself. Earlier this year I was a selected artist for a visual poetry exhibition which took place at the Many Studios in Glasgow. It opened me up to different people and poetic possibilities - I think I have found my tribe.
