I live with my husband, our coonhound and my brother-in-law who has Downs Syndrome. So, I guess you can call me a late in life parent..... I picked up a brush a few years ago and haven't turned back. I've been painting pet portraits, but would love to hone my skills a bit learning to paint people and getting more comfortable with it, as I'd love to paint children and people with their pets. I work full time in nuclear cardiology, but the pandemic has left me really burnt out. Painting helps me find my joy!
