Nathalie Herling

I am an anthropologist, culinary historian and curator. We have an ART Center , I direct, called ART VallARTa in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. We teach art classes, have a theater, an arty cooking kitchen for classes of clay pot cooking, do all types of wild gallery projects installations and murals.
I recently crazily moved all my belongings from my Railroad apartment in Brooklyn down to Mexico where I had been co-residing for 10 years. A collection of 2000 multicultural items and to justify this lunacy, I am inspired to try to mix all these inspirations with the beautiful colors of my adopted Mexico into art and artful cooking.
