Sayambrita Mukherjee

I am an artist in progress. I have studied Graphic Design and worked as a graphic artist and visualiser at the beginning of my career. I eventually moved to teaching in primary and secondary school in India where I used my creativity in lessons and also to invite the students to explore creative ways of learning and doing. I love working with my hands and love clay work, sewing, and anything that needs me to use my hands extensively.
I have worked with refugee women and helped them use art for well being. I run online art sessions for some grown ups and mainly use art for self care and well being. I keep exploring and making art as and when I can and want to focus on the creative and expressive character of art. I am relatively new to watercolours and looking forward to learning.
