Hello,

My project is to create a high standard B&B in our splendid Tuscan house. My compagnon is an artist and architect. Our place will be a reference for art and Tuscan food. I'm getting specialized in Tuscan food, as I want to offer our guest the possibility to eat a Tuscan meal whenever they want.
In the future, I wish to create my own cooking book, sharing my life experience.
I'm thrilled to be starting this course.
