Johanna Namminga

I’m a former middle and high school teacher, and I am now a Wellness Integration Specialist. I had some health issues, so I began researching how to get better. I now lead yoga and meditation through my online studio and work one on one with people. My lifelong love of learning brought me here. I am not only passionate about health and wellness, but also the arts. My first loves were music (I play piano) and the written word. I’m excited to explore and see what I can learn.
