Marcus is an excellent teacher whose method is straightforward and effective, and he has a lovely sense of humour and he doesn't take himself too seriously! His introductory exercises are very useful and the final project extended my skills. An enjoyable and informative course which has improved my work with tones and with depicting people in particular. I don't use Photoshop any more.... certainly not in my watercolor work. This course is not for perceptual artists, but if you are a conceptual artist, you might gain some information.
