Simple and direct explanation. Totally recommend it for beginners.

The Research Plan is a great and useful tool for UX designers to structure the project and organize the thinking. I would have enjoyed seeing the next steps after the User Journey Map. Patricia, let's do it? ;)

Great introduction to the UX Research.

Although some of the methods were familiar to me, this course was very helpful because it is explained in well manner and by using a concrete project. Doing like that, Patricia's approach was understandable and easy to comprehend. Looking forward to attend other courses by Patricia. Well done!
