Corina Jorgensen

No one taught me how to cook but as a teenager I discovered that I loved to read and bought my first cookbook to set me on my way. I've lived in eight different countries which did open a world of other cultures and traditions and of course their cuisine ! I've never stopped buying cookbooks, collecting recipes from newspapers, magazines, handwritten from friends and learned from top chefs presenting their shows on TV. My cooking is much appreciated by my family and friends who now spur me on to write about cooking.
