Sterling Smith

My name is Sterling I am a chef for over 30 years I have worked in many top restaurants in Manhattan, I have always liked pastries and baking. I feel this separates from many. I was chef and pastry chef of my namesake restaurant. Recently I was opening pastry chef fir David Burke. I just started a bake shop on my own. I really like different and unusual looking cakes and textures flavors and taste.
