I have two and half years of experience in restaurant management gained by being a restaurateur. I was also the head chef in my restaurant.
I am currently undergoing extensive standard culinary training in the best culinary school in Nigeria - Reddish Chronicles. I am on the Professional Chefs Diploma combination Program. The goal is to be able to function adequately as a Chef anywhere in the world.
